Positioned Los Cabos as one of the most desirable vacation spots on earth based on its unique ocean, mountain and desert setting. Effectively promoted Ocean Course, with seven holes along Sea of Cortez, as the "Pebble Beach of the Baja." Demonstrated how Nicklaus single-handedly changed the region's travel dynamic and turned a sleepy fishing village into a coveted golf destination. Compiled a Competitive Demographic Analysis that assessed impact of existing and future communities in Los Cabos, La Paz and other key resort areas.

Worked with Nicklaus Design to create dossier for Ocean Course re: two new seaside par threes built to accommodate Ritz-Carlton resort. Invited key golf media to visit Cabo del Sol, resulting in 'Top 100' rankings in Golf Digest and Golf Magazine; and 'Best Golf Resort' recognition in Travel + Leisure Golf.
